Course Requirements

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, all students must meet certain basic standards before commencing their underwater education.

Water Comfort

Be comfortable in the water and able to swim a minimum distance.

Health & Fitness

Maintain reasonable health and fitness. A medical evaluation is required.

Documentation

Complete a dive medical form. A doctor's clearance may be required for certain conditions.

Age Requirements

Meet the minimum age for your chosen course (usually 12+ for Junior Open Water).
